Rachel's Delectables grew out of a love of baking and a long family history of incredible dessert-making: Rachel's grandmother, aunts, granny, and mom all passed down tips for perfecting their specialties (from homemade ice cream to out-of-this-world carrot cake). But it was at around age 11 that Rachel found her own baking niche. That's right, she started at a young age developing the cheesecakes that have now made her famous in Asheville, NC, and beyond (that's where you come in).
